Our Sales Representative Anthony Fox. Rock Star! We felt confident throughout the process. Anthony answered all of our questions, resolved each of our concerns and provided us with confidence throughout the process of selection. People buy from people. Not because of price or sales presentations. We bought our forever home here in LMWS and Anthony made us comfortable every step of the way. Our builder is Kevin Laser. During our initial meeting with our builder, Kevin set the bar high. He said, "I build good homes." At that time, Kevin may not have known that we are a family of home builders and that for 38 years I have owned home improvement companies throughout Ohio and am a general contractor. Ohh boy did Kevin have a high threshold of expectations as our builder. And, son of a gun, he succeeded! We were not always easy on our builder. That never distracted Kevin from completing the task. I told Kevin, communication is key with us. And to this day, (a month after closing)Kevin stays in contact to make certain that nothing was missed and that our satisfaction is his own goal.
